We at Prakrit offers both membership-based lifestyle benefits and business investment opportunities. It’s not a traditional real estate purchase but a combination of lifestyle privileges and income-generating investments. 

• No. The Gold (₹25,000) and Diamond (₹2,00,000) memberships are not financial investments, they offer lifestyle benefits such as free stays, vouchers, discounts, and premium experiences at Prakrit. . 

There are three business investment plans: 

• Save to Invest – Starting at ₹1 Lakh 

• Invest Direct – Minimum ₹10 Lakhs 

• Asset Backed Debenture – Minimum ₹20 Lakhs  

Each plan has different returns, and benefits.  

• Save to Invest: 18% when total investments reach ₹10 Lakhs 

• Invest Direct: 18% on ₹10–₹100 Lakhs 

• Asset Backed Debenture: Fixed 20% on ₹20 Lakhs 

• Save to Invest: Allows instalment-based investment (Class-B shares), ideal for gradual investors. 

• Invest Direct: Requires a minimum of ₹10 Lakhs for direct participation in Prakrit’s growth.
